Adult:            £15.00   (£12.00 in advance)
Accompanied children (8 - 16):       £5.00
Kit Car Driver (Must arrive in a kit car, not towing one)    Free

According to the booking pack we are provisionally allocated pitch 59C (same place as last year's 59B), which is on the main route through the site from the kit car entrance to the Show Halls. See attached map which I have marked up (NB in the past our pitch has been relocated on the setup day for the show, and I have been warned that that may happen this year.)
I have spoken to the organiser, who has kindly agreed to increase the size of our pitch, lets try and overflow it again this year.

I've got a room booked at the Lodge in the Stoneleigh showground which I'm going to cancel as I'm now staying at the Ramada Hotel close by.

If anyone is interested in booking this room just as I cancel it with the Lodge then let me know and we can co-ordinate so that you get to book it. Will cancel the booking regardless on Wednesday next week. First come, first serve.

Is anyone camping ?
Can we pitch up by the car or are we in a field somewhere ?
I might need to get a festival type tent by the looks of the photo's.
Any advice welcome.

OXO.  The answer to both questions is yes.  We are in the small arena and there is room to pitch a tent although I've given up camping since The Great Newark Tent Disaster.

Madman.  Thanks Steve.  Yes that's the one.
The video of it being put up was two men in a warehouse.  One, not very flexible person, on an ex-bomber airfield is a different matter.
We've probably all made forts or caves as children with a sheet across two chairs.  That was how I spent the weekend.  Still warm and dry but the headroom was a bit reduced.

My V6 430 is still being painted (one headache followed by another), so won't get that down there to sell  

My White 430 I'm waiting on trimmers to do a few things, plus, I have no engine cover as it's in bits..

Plus show is on the 30th of April and I haven't Taxed the car yet, so would be taxing it for 1 day  
Although I may get it trailered down if Wayne wants it on his stand, so it's as clean as possible for the show.

Then there's all other issues we spoke about yesterday.. So it's a bit all up in the air

Not even to mention the English weather and wet roads
