Standard Ford radio - there's two tabs, one on each side. You can use one of the special tools, or you could get away with two U-shaped bent bits of wire from a wire coat hanger. Just push them in through the two holes on each side of the front plate of the radio, then you should be able to push the radio forward. (You've probably got access to the underneath and rear of the radio, but be careful of the connectors on the back of the radio. Also there may be sharp bits of metal in that area...)
