Ferraro 360 build
« on: December 10, 2013, 04:22:54 PM »
Hey lads,

How easy is it to build a DNA 360? Could it be done by 2 extreme amatures who never built a kit car before? and also how long on average would the build take?  ;)

Hi Guys,

The DNA360 is design for ease of build in relation to other makes of kit cars. Best thing though lads is have a look through the many build threads on here and it will give you an insight into whats involved. Lots of help available on here as well as from DNA themselves  :)
Hoping to enjoy half an hour in heaven..........before the devil knows I'm dead!

Hiya Jimmy,
Welcome to a friendly helpful forum.
There are plenty of first time builders on here who have made a fantastic job with the help of DNA.
DNA,s after sales service is second to none.  Also this forum is the best, any questions however simple or complex will be answered almost straight away. ( there is not any complexity to these builds) Dont be put off just take one step at a time, one small job after another and it will soon be completed.
There could also be a member in close proximity to you, where are you based?

Cheers Madman for that,

Sadly there are no DNA owners close to me as I am from Ireland. Not much going on over here in the kit car scene. There are 2 Extreme 360's and quite a few 355 replicas, that's it really.
Had a BAD Design 355 replica which I sold recently and want to upgrade eventually. What kit to you have yourself?  ;)

I have a DNA 430 spider, it,s my sixth Ferrari replica, first a Dino I built with. a V8 Rover motor. I had a Bad 355, an Extreme 355, a DNA360, a DNA 430, and as I said currently a DNA 430 spider. DNA are the best kits and easies  to build in my opinion. The 430 a bit easier than the 360 but not by much.
You can see some of my builds at.   www.355madman.piczo.com
