It's starting to look like it will be a good turnout. I can't wait.

I will definatly be there, riding shotgun with matty in his 430 which has its advantages as i can start drinking early and dont have to stop sunday, And when he falls asleep i can borrow it and attempt to cut the grass.

Tenpin the pitch was spot on, right next-to the pub and besides the toilet, couldnt ask for more

ohh sh-t, best hide the keys  Wink Wink its going to be a good turnout, and yes tenpin same site, it was spot on.

Hey Steven,

Did you sell your car then, or just not taking it to Stonleigh?

Thanks Steven. Go for another build mate, you know it makes sense.

Reading your build thread last year was what convinced me that I wanted to build a DNA F430. I really bet you were gutted having to sell her. I only saw it briefly at Newark last year but it was a beautiful looking car.

I will be camping at Stoneleigh. Now the ear plugs I understand, but the helmet?

Do people have a tendancy to kick you in the head as they walk past your tent or something? Lol.

Look forward to seeing you there as we only met briefly before. Same for Madman and Tenpin.

 beany

i remember one night at my mates house we had a big session up brum and a few of us was back at his house and he decided to copy some crazed goat antics,he and another mate put on old motorbike helmets and ran at each other at least 3 times till one of the helmets cracked.apart from having a banging hangover the next day they had to deal with bashed heads..rather them than me lol

so does anyone really know why you need helmets there, apart from crazy madman spinning out of control

Last year at stoneligh whilst attempting to walk to the bog at night i had to dodge loads of tents, stumbling up and down the field i feel into various tents and kicked a few people in the head.

Tenpins wife complained someone chucked a bottle at the tent and it hit her on the head but i reakon it was more than likely me trying to get back from the loo!

Sorry tenpins wife!!  Embarrassed

I feel I ought to correct a small point here - as some of you will have seen, my tent is reasonably large and has one reception room and two bedrooms. The fact that Ann was (alledgedly) hit by a bottle would not have affected me - I was in the room at the other end of the house tent. (Besides which, I'm not actually married, so she can't be my wife. Is this a good time to point out I'm still looking? oops, wrong website!)  Grin  Grin

in each of the bedrooms of tenpins tent there is a fourposter, in the reception room there is a dining table 6 chairs sideboard and a snooker table, that gives you some idea of size. or easier to visualise is you can fit 20 £5 plus vat specials in it.  Grin
looking forward to Stoneleigh
