2fifty Chat / Agreed value on 250
« on: March 01, 2019, 10:00:00 AM »
Any 250 owners with agreed values on their cars?
What values have you put, what insurance company used & how much extra to pay insurance company?
Have you encountered any problems with trying to get an agreed value? I am having a hell of a job trying to get a decent agreed value.
Have tried Adrian Flux & A Plan

Meets and Events / Cranleigh Classic car show
« on: August 05, 2018, 09:06:00 PM »
The Cranleigh Classic Car & Autojumble Show is on 12th August (one day only)
I have just booked my car in - cost £5 for car, driver & passenger. I am guessing that it is a bit far for most of you (Surrey) but if any could make it, would be good to catch up.

Spent 10 days in France with a few guys, went to see the Le Mans 3 day 24 hr classic racing.
The 250 got so much attention also a lot of posing with it with photos from (mainly French people)
Just wish my head lamp cover trims had been sorted beforehand.
Thought some of you guys might have been interested in a few pics

2fifty Chat / 250 heater
« on: December 28, 2017, 12:16:40 PM »
Does anyone know how good the heater works on the 250 Cal? It appears to me thatall the heat will go into the front box (apart from the screen)
I have made holes for the supplied vents which seem very smal & I have also cut the old Z3 side window vents & intend to fit them  lower & at the side of the front box, but I can't see them being very efficient

Build Threads / firefife 250 build
« on: December 22, 2017, 09:48:50 PM »
Hopefully worked out how to start a new topic.
I have gone quite a distance with my build so please be patient as I add pictures
Will start off with my donor Z3 before the start
Age related plate now registered. I used it as it was for quite a while to check it out, As I had sold my Dino, I took it to a few shows but obviously couldn't use it to get in. Put a few miles on as most shows I go to are 200 or more miles each way
