Other kitcar chat / alternative Cali kit
« on: March 20, 2015, 10:27:34 AM »
There is another supplier who are supplying the California Kit from £5,500.
The only problem is that the roof is solid therefore does not fold. It could be a poor mans kit.

Build Threads / Kalifornia's build thread
« on: October 04, 2014, 12:09:58 PM »
Ok
I have started stripping down my silver SL500.
Been driving it around for a while, wanted to make sure that all was OK before the build.
Little jobs I done before stripping were to get the car gas converted as it costs me 59p per litre.

Got the car fully serviced and sorted a little error message that kept coming on the dashboard in red saying visit workshop.

Got the head rest done with the horse, got red matts with logos.

Got a massive upgrade on my sound system, the standard one is very good but I love my music system. It's can be very loud. But the kenwood has Changed the look of the dash away from the merc look.

Also made the car very modern with the latest Sat Nav, movies, hands free etc.

Some pictures to follow later.

Insurance / Agreed Value
« on: September 16, 2013, 10:32:19 AM »
Hello Lads

Its that time of the year again, and I am looking into getting agreed value policy and have been told by Adrian Flux that they do not do these anymore!

Who has a value agreed policy and with whom please, and a rough cost ?

Hate to be in a situation if anything should happen and they only pay out for a standard Mr2 !

Hi

I have a pair of used 360 headlamp lenses which have sprayed with a light dark tint.
Also have just a few ferrari style dials for the mr2 roadster left.

These are now surplus to requirement and if anyone is interested please pm me with a sensible offer.

Thanks

3Sixty Chat / Ferrari Stripes
« on: May 14, 2013, 08:41:44 AM »
Hi all

Can someone please advise where I can buy cheap stripes for my 360. I need sort of a twin smoke grey with a thin black outline in a 430 scuderia fashion.
Seen some on the net, you would think they are made from gold or something.

Similar to the photo attached.

3Sixty Chat / Door card vs mirror position
« on: March 04, 2013, 10:39:00 PM »
Can someone help and post some close up pictures of a DNA 360 wing mirror parts. I want to know if the top corner triangle part on the doorcard (opposite wing mirror) and how it lines up with the triangle part of the door skin where the wing mirror glues onto.  Should the two triangles exactly match and line up? Or does the door card triangle sits back out of alignment with the door skin triangle ?
Hope all that makes sense.

Sales and Wants / MR2 Roadster Ferrari Dials
« on: February 27, 2013, 10:17:24 AM »
I have put these professional dials on my DNA 360, they look fanatastic.
I have just a few sets left at £95 each to clear, 4 sets without the Red Square 'RACE'.

One with the RED SQAURE 'RACE' at £150.

3Sixty Chat / Colour Codes for Dummy Engine
« on: January 07, 2013, 01:55:47 PM »
Happy New Year all.

I was wondering if someone can help me and state what colours (codes) I need to use to paint the Dummy Engine. Does the Dummy Engine need any sort of special primer before paint ?

Thanks
