Now I know it's a little early and I've sold the 360, but our plans are still to come along to next years show and stay in the Premier Inn, Coventry South (A45) - the same hotel we all stayed at early this year.

I've just booked and wanted to let you know that if you book now in advance, a double room for Sun 5th May is just £29.50. How good is that!

3Sixty Chat / DNA 360 V6 project
« on: March 15, 2012, 09:28:24 PM »
For some time now I've been toying with the idea of going for one of Woodsports reknowned V6 engine conversions. The idea has now become a reality and work started today  ;D.

The V6 3.0L is from a Camry that had proven mileage of just 39k. Hoping to end up with around 220 bhp after a few tweaks.

Paul Woods, www.woodsport.org, has kindly agreed to open a build thread covering the conversion (link below). Thought I'd share this with you and who knows maybe tempt you into doing the same...............ps I'm not on commission, honest  ;)    If you like the big brother thing, then you can also see the conversion as it happens via the live web cams on the Woodsport website.

Anyway, hope you enjoy the build..

This is a great show and the turn out is always great 3k show cars. Highly recommended. We could get our own DNA stand if we get enough people.
http://bromleypageant.co.uk/

The Bromley Pageant of Motoring, the world's largest one-day Classic car show, will be promoted exclusively by Peter James Insurance in 2013.

The Pageant is one of the highlights of the classic car calendar and we were delighted to also announce sponsorship from Classic Car Weekly, Practical Classics, Bromley Times and Auto Glym.

The Pageant is established as something of an institution amongst enthusiasts from all over the world. Where else would you find more than 3,000 classics in one place! It is a superb celebration of this wonderful way of life - a true flavour of a by gone age - and provides one of the best opportunities available to soak up Bromley's unique atmosphere of friendly club stands, displays and fellow enthusiasts.

This year's Pageant is building on previous years and promises to be better than ever with a number of added attractions, making this a great day out.

Bromley Pageant is famous for its one-make section where vehicles of each make and model can be entered and parked together. From Ford Cortina's to Aston Martins more than 1600 cars featured in this area last year. Entries are now open for this incredible feature. Entry for the vehicle is free (both driver and passenger require tickets) and includes a free show programme and entry plaque.

There is so much more with a huge Cars for Sale area, Fun Fair, Steam Engines, Trucks, Motorcycles, Modified Cars, the list goes on AND not forgetting one of the biggest classic vehicle trade shows in the UK with hundreds of Autojumble stands, and trade stands including the latest products, parts, services and new vehicles on display.

You can apply for day tickets, club space, trade stands and one make parking now. Tickets are available on our 24hr Ticket hotline 0871 231 0839. For all car and club bookings call 01775 768661 (9am - 5.30pm) or visit the downloads page on this site for more info and booking forms.

3Sixty Chat / Coilovers & Spacers question
« on: August 14, 2011, 02:06:29 PM »
I'm thinking of upgrading the suspension on my DNA 360 to a decent set of adjustable coilovers. Are there any other forum members who have upgraded theirs and if so what make are they? Also happy to hear about other recommendations. I hear Meister R are good, is anyone using these?

Re spacers, silly question time but just wanted to know what sort of life expectancy these offer. The steel spacer I would imagime 4ever but what about the ali spacer. Can these become warped, loose strength?

A little late in the day about telling people but worth a trip perhaps. I'll be there from 10am onwards.
