Commando,
In reply to the message you have put up on the forum I would like to draw your attention to the following factors:
1) We, as a business, implement a high standard customer care policy and customer satisfaction is paramount to us. In the information you have provided on the forum you have stated that you pm'd me and I did not get back to you. In response to this I will have reinterate some pm's that you have sent to me. Please note these pm's have been copied and pasted directly:
"Hi Sha,
Am I right to think that you built the most gorgeous white 458 !!
It looked great on you tube and in the press , is it still yours to sell ?
Commando"
"Hey Sha,
Sorry for having to go public re the wheels but the site would not let me contact you direct until I had 10 posts up, due to spam.
I LOVE the car , you have done a truly fantastic job and its a credit to you.
When I bought the car I knew what I was taking on and that problems would occur but would be pleased if you could just help me and my buddies getting things sorted rather than us pulling the car apart !!
I have water in the false engine compartment, obviously sealing the huge rear window proved difficult and consequently is leaking. Could I drill a few small holes in the plastic and just let it drain out ? Or what would you suggest ?
Also three led,s from the straight brake light below the chrome Ferrari are out. How should I remove to replace ?
In anticipation, thank you for your help, TONY"
"Hi Sha121 ,
Soz to bother you again but as you know I am new and not sure if you got my last mail (not sure I sent it right) ?
If you did get it then a quick response would be welcomed as the car is in my mates garage waiting to be sorted.
Commando (Tony)"
"Thanks Sha,
No worries about all the bits im doing, I expected to pay out on it as I am really fussy. That brake light wont just "pop" out then ?"
"Thanks Sha,
I havnt wanted to ring you as I know you are a busy man and have not been very well but unfortunately my mate needs my car out of his garage as he has no space so I have needed things sorted quickly, sorry for mailing you so much but I hope you understand ?
I have nearly finished the work and thanks for all the help.
I would like new wiper arms and blades that look a bit more modern. The ones on it now let the car down as they look flimsy.
Do you think you will be able to find any better ones that will fit ? Cheers"
"Hi Sha,
Car is now sorted but cost me nearly 2k to sort !!
Thanks for your help with the problems that I had, hopefully I can enjoy it now with no more worries ?
Would be nice to meet you someday and see you working on a car, its a real skill you have and you have my respect. May drop by in the summer ? Cheers, Tony (commando)"
Please take note of the fact that you were happy with the help I provided.
I offered to rectify all the teething problems for you but as you mentioned in one of your pm's and I quote "no worries on all the bits doing i expected to pay on them bec iam really fussy".
2) Please take note of the fact that this was the first DN8 kit, which entailed a complex and difficult process; and hence as you can imagine there can be teething problems, however on all occasions when you have contacted myself I have tried to be as helpful as possible, and to evidence this please refer to pm's you sent me .
3) This forum has been developed to support and provide an avenue for all dna kit car enthusiasts and it needs to be one where honesty is paramonut. I try my upmost to ensure my customers receive the best service possible and as a car ethusiast myself I would not provide a substandard service and based on the above feel that your comments were unfounded.
