There are a few that can be fitted for the MR2 and all are expensive.  It is not needed for the cars we have, the benefit of having it would only be in the appearance only.  We are however installing the brake kit to the Scuda because of the engine swap/performance upgrades.

"Disclaimer"  If you are one that has a much higher hp output and get aggressive on the roads a big brake kit would be worth it.

The standard brakes on the roadster are the best of series, so an upgrade would be for appearance only, as autoworks have said. If you'd like more stopping power, I would go for a better disc grooved and drilled with a better, this cost about £250, above that got for an improved brke line, ie braided hoses over the standrd ones for better feel.

May pay you to PM Howza he fitted big brakes to his 430 and made a nice job, its not just swap for bigger brakes, you have to make new brackets etc. to move brakes out due to wide spacers.

What type of brake profile do you want ? this wil give you a better understanding of what you need from the brakes.

Remeber the mass you are decelerating hasnt changed and the amount of grip you have hasnt either, too big a brake and the anti-lock system will be cutting in all the time.

Sorry wasnt clear in my reply.

What percentage of type of use are you going to do

ie
Driving type    %

Road             40
Fast road        20
Track Day       30
Race              10

This way its easier to see what level of disc size to brake compound would be best suited your driving style

With all respect, if you dont know how your going to drive it, how can you expect someone else to know how you'd like to stop it!
try going for an uprated standard  set-up and go from there

HI paulm Smiley
I ask in the beginning my question HAS anyone here in this forum are taking or Have an understanding of this type of kit, I know how I drive and how do I stop the car, but still cars going faster than normal with turbocharch and now the car has 950 kg and later the bodykit and the whole interior and all the parts for turbokit, so it is heavier than normal, and I have the budget of 30.000 euros, so I know what I will do with my car, and I ride with experienced drivers license after 14 years and 5 years with my own taxi company running 10 hours a day with Mercedes Benz E400 CDI 260 hp.
