Guys, Eager to get the car finally finished for the weekend, the car is in the trimmers but he seems to be having a bit of diffuclty with the Roof  fitting as no instructions etc, he's spoken to DNA and they have emailed him a bit of info but i would be gratefull if you could pass on to me any info or pictures or tips re the fitting, also the approx cost you guys have paid too, cheers Eric

I think 99% of people take there car to dna to have the roof completed. I did have a little go but in the end took it to dna. From what I remember in the kit you had to feed the springs that follow in the channel down each side. I started mine by clamping it at the front with a few of the screws. The two rear bars then were sent in place by the lengths of straps. On mine they used a sort of foam pipe insulator around the rear two bars which took up the spare cloth. I do know on some cars the middle bar (might be the bottom) needs chopping at either side to lifting up, you might of got some threaded bar in the kit for this. I didnt need them on mine. you then need two press studs fitted below each cubby hole. two strapped then drop down to hold the hood flush with the boot lid when its in the closed (up) position.

I dont have my 360 anymore otherside I would of taken some pictures.

Since CDR had his the roof has been re-designed and generally a trim shop should charge between £250 amd £350 to fit it but most people are now doing them selves
