Hi Guys, I never thought i'd find myself selling my 3sixty before i'd got it painted and badged up as its been a fantastic and easy build.

However due to my impending divorce i need to sell her in the next couple of weeks
( if i wait til it's back from paint I will have to find at least £12k to buy my wifes share from her)  Sad

It's on a 1999 MRS with about 42k on the clock, HPI clear was a mint example before I started, now has private plate: T8FXX

Touch screen Bluetooth DVD/TV fitted
2 way pager alarm with remote unlock fitted
DNA Exhaust fitted (sounds fantastic)
Genuine black leather ferrari seats
genuine ferrari rear lights, badges and grills
Replica ferrari dash cluster

DNA "Challenge" style 18" wheels
DNA replica engine (4thirty)
Comes with pretty much everything to get it fully finished aprt from the hood and doorcards which are available from DNA

here's a few pics

hi mate, thats bad news that your selling your car, i take it the panels have been bonded on? how well have you fitted the kit, whats left to do?

i am interested but i would be looking to make some money off the build and figure it needs 8K spending to get it to a salable stage and looking around ebay i reakon you would fetch 17K.

i would offer you 5K and can pay and collect to suit you so if you come stuck and need to get rid give me a shout

I think thats a reasonable offer, just to put some guesses at whats left to spend

Purchase £5000.00
Needs fake brakes £400.00
Fake engine £750.00
Badges £200.00
Paint £2500.00
Roof £800.00
Interior parts £400.00
Trimming £2000.00
Seals, cables etc £200.00
Transport to recover £350.00
Tax, Mot, service and temporary insurance until sold £500

Whilst the kit is fitted i would still want to spend a bit of time checking and adjusting, then all the finishing bits i guess 60 Hours @ £15 Per hour £900.00

Thats a total of £14,000.00!. I think thats a fair offer taking into consideration the risk element, If someone is looking to buy it to keep then yes, They may be able to come up with more than my offer, but lets be honest how many people have got money lying around?

The problem with selling part built kits of any description is that your going to loose out on the time and moneys invested
finish it if you can thats the best advice as pointed out by Steve lots of costs to finish it his figures may be different to others
peoples when it comes to paint etc etc but when buying a build thats part done it need to be looked at closely to see and understand whats left so their is a choice take a kicking on the sale price or finish and make a pound or two!!
