Have you noticed the flag pole and the lamp post lean the same way.  Must be the prevailing wind.
Not all problems can be solved with gaffer tape.  For those there is WD40.
Not even gaffer tape can fix stupid, but it can mask the sound.

If you can’t buy it or steal it you have to make it.

I only went to the local tyre/battery place for a new battery.  The (what seems normal) crowd round the Furrari.  You don't get many YELLOW Furraries round here.  I didn't know there was any body left in Burntwood who could afford a Furrari. Etc etc.
Then I poped the rear deck to get at the battery.  Shock.  Horror.  The engine they had all been oohing and arring at lifts with the read deck. Isn't it fun.

I think the only thing you can do is to hire your own PR assisstant. You could then go about your everyday business without having to deal with the riff raff.

I think DNA should offer PR companies on their web site, like insurance.

When I was driving my car to Woodsports last Monday, I had to pull off the A1 to make a phone call, so I ended up parking at the side of the road in a small village that the A1 bypasses.

While I was sat there, an Astra pulled up about 20 yards behind me with two guys sat in it. After a minute, both doors opened and the two walked towards my car. I thought oh,, here we go, attempted hi-jacking good job I don't have any door handles. Lol.

I was in the middle of my phone call still, one of the lads stopped short while the other walked right up to the back of the car, leant over, peered in through the engine glass, then turned to his mate and shouted, "It is a real one!"

I had to excuse myself for laughing in the middle of my telephone conversation. It was so funny but a compliment that on such close inspection most people still can't tell the difference. Lol.

This thread doesn't seem to be getting much use, however i thought i'd post here.

Back in September My Lady and I took a few days away at Branston Hall in Lincoln. Unfortunately my car was still having major heart surgery at Woodsport so i don't have any photos of it there, however i did wander out into the carpark one day and found this:

Very nice colour, would look nice on a DNA car.

My Lord
Only just read this post.
You do realise this post makes you one of those people who take pictures of Furraris as they drive past?

OMG! :o
I'm one of those people I laugh at regularly!

Although I did Make sure there was no one around. Just a shame I didn't have the Spider with me that day.

Fun today.  Went to Rugeley Charter Fair today (but without the Furrari cos I was helping the wife on her stand.). Falconry display (like Lord Beany has) and got to stroke a Burmese Pithon.  What a beautiful animal.

Went to the local Merc dealers to get some bits for the SLK.
" whose Furrari is that". Swarms of lads out of the service bay.  They were amazed it was an MR2.
Then went to the camping shop for some bits for Newark, only one other customer there and he had a BAD355. It's a small world.
