Can't help with the door cards, but the key, maybe a bit of info
Toyota as with every other manufacturer have their own transponder code on government allowed frequencies, in other words a Toyota can never talk to a Ferrari. The Ferrari key is useless apart from being a possible plug for a mould, which has been done, but with limitations due to the circuit board shape and button positions of the Toyota key.
The transponder is a small chip in the key which when presented to the coil receiver (around the ignition barre)l confirms the correct code to allow the car to start. The remote buttons just transmit a signal on a specific code embedded frequency to operate the central locking.
Beemaman (Wayne) has remoulded a Toyota shell to mimic a Ferrari key, as have a couple of guys on Madmechanics (just search Ferrari key). This maybe a better path to follow.

PS Transponders can be active or passive, I'm not sure what the Toyota is, if it's passive (non-powered) you can literally tape the chip to the barrel to start the car with a cut key to fit the barrel.
