Just go on eBay and look up custom stickers.  The font you want is “Ferro Rosso” which is a public domain true type font.
Not all problems can be solved with gaffer tape.  For those there is WD40.
Not even gaffer tape can fix stupid, but it can mask the sound.

If you can’t buy it or steal it you have to make it.

Oxo.  I’m currently talking to Shed23vinyl on eBay about some stickers.  His “font 40” looks like Ferro Rosso, the (near) Ferrari font.  Look him up on eBay.

OXO.  Yes I’m having the same problem with him wanting to do larger than I want.  I’ve had smaller stickers made by others that they were reluctant to do as the small stickers/transfers peel off easily.  I said if they peel of they peel off, you’ve warned me so it’s my problem but I’ve had no problem.  I think those were about 30mm long.

I do know a company that will do smaller and I’ll talk to them but their MOV is about £20 after tax.  If they can do the sizes that we both want I’ll just tack your stickers onto the bottom of my job.  I’ll aim at 4.5mm high.

Get back to you.

M

OXO.

Matthew has changed my design so it fits within the overall size I was comfortable with but I don’t know the size of the individual fonts.  I’ve ordered them with some extra “Ferrari” transfers.  I’ll post the sizes when they arrive.

They are going to take less than a minute to apply but to sort out what I want with what is viable has taken 6 or 8 emails with various attachments over the period of over a week.

When you see a car at a show, non kit car people don’t realise the time involved in getting some of the details that they see, sorted.

Hi Furrari
Thanks for the hard work, yes I agree Jo public doesn't have a clue what goes on behind the scenes. It's easy to just buy originals, but at the end of the day they are replicas and I find the challenge is to get them to look good and not exactly the same. Lets hope they come out ok.
They are for my speakers to change them from Kenwood to Ferrari  and really need to be silver or red ?
Cheers OXO

If the stickers are no good have you considered resin domed stickers.  These have the advantage that they are printed and than domed so they can be any size and mixture of colours.  I’ve used them for my “Novitec Modena” stickers on the radiator grill and lower diffuser.

Sorry Roland.  I knew you did printing but I didn’t know that included cut vinyl stickers.  I have another couple of jobs to do.  If I can find the jobs on my computer I’ll send them over for your perusal.  ( on my thread I should say purrusal).

OK Roland, going to call your bluff on cut vinyl sticker/transfer.

This is a picture of a plate I made for myself earlier but have never fitted as it was just a prototype.  It measures 125mm x 25mm.  It’s to go onto a satin black ABS panel next to the headlights.

The “Ferrari” and “ California” should be in red.  The California should be in the correct California font.  All yellow orther wise.

Some people just try to rip you off.  If you’ve been following this thread you’ll know I’m messing about with stickers for the engine bay.
I want a paint code sticker.  Looked on eBay.  £45.00 plus £13.00 p&p.  Looking on google Eurosprares £4.95 and £6.00 carriage.  Stock.
