No updates today I'm afraid guys as Sha is still in hospital.
I'm told he is due out tomorrow and the body shop is open as normal from Monday
I will be speaking to Sha next week and will be asking him to commit to a completion date for my car
There really isn't much left to do so I'm expecting it to be finished by the end of January, so watch this space

Thought I would add a photo from the last update seeing as it's much easier to add pics :)

What's wrong with it buddy ? Wasn't it trial fitted before any priming was done ?

It's too small apparently, the solution is to remove the spare wheel well..
I've asked madman to have a look as he is going to sha's anyway

Thanks for taking the time to have a look at my diffuser madman
It seems the only solution is to remove the spare wheel well to make it fit
So I've asked Sha to do that :)

No problem,
you could have cut a wheel size hole in defuser :o  ;) ;)
it looks like removing wheel well is the only way, tin of spray in the boot in case you have a puncture, thats what I have

Great , was going to go with the spray anyway, don't need the extra weight of a spare wheel :)
Less weight better fuel economy Steve ;)

George, looks like you have had a few problems with the kit.  The bonnet and now the diffuser.  Was the kit built for a different revision of the celica?  Or have you just hit things that were undocumented in the build guide? Just wondering , but it looks like you will have a great car at the end of it all.

Hi Simon, yes more problems than I could have done with :(
The kit is built for series 7 celica which is what my car is
TBH the build guide is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard
Once the defuser is sorted it should be pretty straight forward fingers crossed!!
I'm sure Sha regrets taking this build on, but I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Thanks for your interest , should hopefully have more updates soon
