Wrong bulb, earth issue, corroded contact or possibly wired incorrectly, ie. two positives

Turn on the hazards, reversing light, fog light tail light and stop light. All should light up separately and not look light a wondering Christmas tree.

Are you around tomorrow early evening, I'm working in Ilford so can help out if required?
D
Well, I'm into the 11th year of the project, could it be ready for Stoneleigh 2020, doubt it. The longest DNA build ever

Which end of the car are we looking at? The lights look like the rear, but the blue connectors remind me of the front ...

I listed the colour of the wires and their functions in my 5cudo build if that's of any help:
http://www.dnaoc.co.uk/index.php/topic,1207.msg12775.html#msg12775
Should be in that post and the following one and there's a link to a pdf file with extra info.

Had a similar issue with my subaru wiring in JDM parts on my car, you have a ground and power wired backwards or your high and low beam wires are backwards on one side. It's one or the other. 99% sure it's your high/low wires.

Another kit coming along nicely.
I do love the look of the 5cudo.
BTW it was an earth issue

Hi Replicaman. Have you got any pictures of the car your building. We'd all love to see how it's going. Better still,  get a build diary going?  :) :)

Thanks D for popping down and having a look at that issue for me, just got some new connector ordered and will start that wiring connection again along with the new bulbs and keep you informed  ;)

Hi Paul79

I had the build diary going and all the pics were stored on my laptop which was stolen  >:(
I remember backing them up on a hard drive but in the house move i kind of lost it, when i have a bit of time il try finding it in the stacked boxes and see if its backed up (weekend i hope)

All the work was done on the car included the prep work, the cutting and welding I hope ive got that bit save, with the few 5cudo builds that are on here ive not seen that on anyone`s build, on the plus side I think it`ll be good to see another build on here so il see what i can do.

I also think it`ll give me a bit more motivation to actually complete it as its quite close to that stage now  ;D

Watch this space  ;)

This is just a taste of what stage the car is at.

Its an old pic, the car has since been re-primed and blocked back.
