Lee, you don't need "fingers crossed". You car is with 2 experts and you know it will be done to perfection.

I know it will mate.  ;D

I've just had a text from Wayne to say he's flying here, there and everywhere trying to get this wheel of mine welded up and re-powder coated asap ..!

He's a good man.

Like everyone is that I've met so far.....

In some ways I agree.

But if you google 'Ferrari white f430 spider scuderia' and go to images, I don't think (if I remember correctly) you will find one with silver wheels
They are all, grey or black.

And most have yellow caliper's.. Hence the reason Wayne is now spraying my caliper's yellow with the word ferrari down them in dark grey  ;D

So i do agree the silver wheels look A1, but I'm trying to keep it in keeping with the original car.

And...... (It's a big 'And' too)... Barry won't sell me these wheels....! I've asked :'(

I prefer the black wheels. Helps with the black and white colour scheme.

I think they both look great on a great car but personally I agree with Lee, black wheels are more in keeping with the colour scheme of this car.

Thanks guys and this is why I really like the people on this forum.

Everyone has different opinions to what looks good and what should work, but I suppose at the end of the day, it's down to what the owner likes....

But it was a dilemma when Barry put his wheels on my car... I was seriously thinking of asking Wayne to powder coat them bright silver and not anthracite grey.....

But I stuck to my initial thought of keeping the car as original as possible.

I'll ask Barry to take some more pictures when my wheels are back on, so we can compare the difference with the car being in the same position with the same lighting.

The new wheels are insane, incredible job. Guess who I will be asking to do my wheels on my Grigio Silverstone coloured 430 (ordering kit very soon).

Hi, if your looking to order a 430 kit, you may wish to speak with Mario as he has a 430 kit that he is selling as he has too many other projects to do.

Ya that's right wizard,

My car is currently parked in Mario's (Barry's) garage, and if you look, you can see the 430 body ontop of the office...!

And I believe the red MR2 you can just see through my windscreen is the donor car.. (But I'm not 100% sure on that, you would need to talk to Barry)

He's a great guy... Don't hesitate to contact him

A quick update guys...

I suppose you all saw the state of the old exhaust that was on this car and how badly cracked and rusted this was....

Well, Wayne at JAC Exhausts has just sent me a picture of the new one he's hand made me from 1.5mm stainless.

Now to say I'm pleased with the new one is a bit Of an understatement

Your looking at £320 with the Trims....

I've not seen it yet.. As I collect it tomorrow, but it looks the Dogs......

The image on my phone is a lot bigger than I can upload onto the forum, so I can see the quality better...

Wayne took the old exhaust apart, to see what is inside it, and he has replicated it exactly, so the sound should be the same.

Can't wait to get it on and fire the car up  ;D
