DNA recomend that if you are going for turbos, superchargers or bolt on engine upgrades that the kit is fitted first, I had a supercharger fitted with oil cooler water, cooling injection, system piggy back ECU,  before fitting the kit it was when the kit was fitted that lots of it had to be changed and bits re fabricted on the supercharger kit to work for air intake and postion of mounting. http://www.tts-performance.co.uk/companyprofile.html
is the company that did the work.

V6 is the best way to go for extra power, loads of torque and a better sound for a Ferrari replica.

Paul woods at Woodsport is the master.

A turbo is never gonna sound right for one of these cars, but if that is what you fancy, the mk2 mr2 turbo motor can also be slotted in place of the 1.8 4 pot.

I looked at all the options and decided on the V6. There are even three or four different v6 motors that can be fitted with different power and torque ratings. The v6 also has no problems with kit.

Hi. Many different opinions regarding V6 or turbo or supercharger. All have for and against but which one is the better value in terms of power, drive ability and sound?
What about engine change registration and insurance?
Comments and advise appreciated. I take on board DNA's advise as to fit either after the car is done.
Good advise and makes a lot of sense. Thanks.

Guys you may have missed my earlier question:

I just searched the forum for mondeo and fuel and can't find any post that  tells you which mondeo fuel filler cover you need!

which "mk" mondeo do I need it from?

Furrari: we could pop into yours when I pick my kit up around middle/end of October if the offer is still there? it will be a Saturday or Sunday....we would like to see a yellow one up close....

Mk1 Mondeo mate, should look like this.

Photo shoes mk1 flap and housing on the left and the DNA housing that it bonds into.

I want to do something similar to this with my mirrors, my question is....what do they call these types of bolts and where can I get them from?

The wiring connector in that picture looks like it's from a Cougar not an MR2....

you are correct Tenpin, I found the image, its from Billywhizz scudo build...and DNA are saying we cant do it like this  :(

I just wanted to bolt the mirror on rather than bond in case they need to come off in the future...but bonding it is then!
